Delete your Feed Mandi account
Last updated: 11 October 2026
You can have your account and personal data deleted whenever you like: from the app, or by asking us here without the app. This page covers both Feed Mandi apps, which are developed and run by DCF Digital Solutions.
Feed Mandi: Buy Cattle Feed
Farmers and buyers

Sellers: Feed Mandi
Shop owners and staff, delivery riders and Feed Mandi hubs

Customers: request deletion in the Feed Mandi app
- Open the Feed Mandi app and sign in with your mobile number.
- Tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Choose a reason, add a message if you like, tick “I understand my account will be disabled”, and tap Request account deletion.
Your account is disabled straight away: you can still sign in, but you cannot shop, order or use the app’s features. Our team verifies the request, then deletes your account and signs you out on every phone. Until then you can cancel the request in the app, and your account works again. If we decline the request, we tell you why and your account works again.
Orders you have already placed keep going. If something is still open between you and a seller (an order still in progress, a delivered order not yet paid for, a refund we owe you, or money on your account), we settle it with you before your account is deleted.
Don’t see Delete account? Update the app from Google Play, or ask us with the form on this page.
Sellers, staff, riders and hubs: request deletion in Sellers: Feed Mandi
Shop owners, managers and staff — at a shop or a Feed Mandi hub: in the Sellers: Feed Mandi app, open More and tap Delete account.
Shop delivery riders: in the same app, open More, then Edit Profile, and tap Delete my account at the bottom.
Choose a reason, add a message if you like, tick the box and tap Request account deletion. Your seller account on that mobile number is paused straight away — every shop and rider account it signs into — so you cannot take orders or deliveries or change anything. Feed Mandi reviews the request, and you can cancel it until it is approved.
Finish your work before you ask: Feed Mandi can approve the request only once no orders or deliveries are assigned to you, no cash you collected is still with you and no rider pay is waiting. Once approved, your name, mobile number, email, profile photo, last location and vehicle details are removed, your photo is deleted from our storage, and you are signed out on every phone.
If you are the last owner of a shop, ask us to delete the shop first: open More, then Store Settings, and tap Delete shop. It is a separate request we review: new orders stop at once, your staff finish the open orders, and any prepaid usage-credit balance is settled before the shop is deleted. A Feed Mandi hub cannot be deleted from the app.
Feed Mandi’s own delivery riders cannot delete their account in the app: use the form on this page, or contact us.
No app? Ask us to delete your account
No app, or no longer signed in? Send us a request and we delete the account for you — this is also the way for Feed Mandi’s own delivery riders. We first call or message the mobile number registered on the account to make sure the request is yours. If an order, a payment or cash is still open on the account, we settle it with you first, and we complete the request within 30 days.
You can also call us on +91 99441 46420 or message us on WhatsApp (Mon – Sat, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
What we delete
- Your name, mobile number, email address and alternate phone number. Where your name appears on past records, it is replaced with “Deleted Customer” (or “Deleted user” for a seller-app account).
- Your delivery address, landmark, PIN code, village and saved map location. On your past orders, the delivery address, map location and delivery notes are erased too, and your name comes off delivery-route stops and village-van sale receipts.
- For a seller-app account: your last location, vehicle details and permissions, your name and number on Village Van schedules, and your number, email or name wherever a shop showed them as its contact details.
- Your profile photo is removed from your account, and the photo you uploaded is deleted from our storage.
- Every sign-in on every phone, and the notification addresses those phones registered.
- For a customer account: your saved shops, your notifications and your notification settings.
- The message you wrote when you asked us to delete your account, and any notes you wrote on bulk enquiries.
What we keep, and why
- Your past orders, payments, receipts and bulk enquiries — what was bought, the amounts and the dates — with their delivery records, such as proof-of-delivery photos, signatures and the locations recorded during the delivery. These are the sellers’ and our business records: Indian tax and accounting law requires records of sales and payments, and the delivery records settle disputes about what was delivered and paid. After deletion they belong to an anonymous account instead of your name and number.
- Your reward points record. It is kept with the business records, but the points can no longer be used.
- For a seller-app account, names already printed on a cash receipt or a delivery route stay on it, and support requests you raised keep the name and number you gave, so support can still answer them.
- The state, district and taluk you lived in, used only in sales totals.
- The reason you picked from the list when you asked us to delete your account (not your message), so we can see why people leave.
We keep these business records for as long as the law requires us to.
